Home Care Services
Everything you need to keep living well at home, delivered by carers who speak your language. Most of our services can be funded through the Australian Government's Support at Home program, and our team will help you work out what you're eligible for.
Domestic Assistance
Cleaning, laundry and tidying so the home stays safe, comfortable and easy to manage.
Social Support
Friendly companionship, conversation in your own language, and help staying connected with friends and community.
Community Support
Transport and accompaniment to medical appointments, shopping, community centres and social activities.
Clinical Care
Nursing support at home, including wound care, medication support and health monitoring.
Home Maintenance
Minor repairs and practical upkeep that keep the home safe and reduce the risk of falls.
Case Management
A dedicated case manager who plans your care, coordinates your Support at Home budget and reviews your needs regularly.
Gardening
Lawn mowing, weeding and keeping paths and outdoor areas tidy and safe.
How your care is funded
Most clients receive these services through the Support at Home program after an assessment by My Aged Care. You may contribute towards some services depending on your circumstances. Private pay is also available if you need support straight away.
